Customer Review and Customer Relationship Management Analysis of B2B Product Purchase Decisions

Customer reviews, which are often called testimonials, and relationship management two things that believed to be important factors in purchasing decisions the digital marketing era. However, existing research is still dominated by end-user objects or individual consumers. This study aims determine effect of customer reviews (Testimonies) on made organizations companies. Using quantitative methods. with 60 respondents who companies from Brightindo (suppliers cleaning chemicals). Data was collected through questionnaires google forms were sent processed using SPSS software. The results data processing show review has an significant decisions, for relationships it no not simultaneously affects decisions.
